The seminar conveys current and practice-relevant content in the area of the economic activity of companies in Africa in three parts.

Part 1 (8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.): Security situation and changes in Africa

Part 2 (11:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.):  Requirements/challenges for planners & senders

part 3 (2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.): Travel Risk Management

We take a look at typical un-security actors and security phenomena commonly encountered in Africa. We also address the effect of the security situation on economic elements such as Supply chain security and Compliance challenges (Anti-money laundering, sanctions lists, dual-use goods). Ultimately, we venture an outlook on possible future developments based on the past in conjunction with the expected and upcoming events in 2023.
