Risk Management
To protect against criminal threats such as corruption, burglary, theft, assault, espionage, reputational damage and other events, it is important that companies implement risk and security management. This ensures the stability of business processes.
Crises present companies with special challenges, characterized by high time pressure and the need for quick decision-making with often little information availability.

Crisis team development and crisis management for a university
A large university found that its coping skills were inadequate in the face of current potential threats. The university commissioned Result Group to set up suitable structures and processes.
A crisis management system was set up under the umbrella of the university's risk management, which will ensure strategic leadership ability in a crisis in the future with a crisis team and is supplemented by a BCM system as a tactical, action-oriented capacity and competence.

Crisis team advice: ransom negotiation after a cyber attack
A German production company fell victim to a cyber attack and now had to take measures to ensure operational continuity, avert a threat to its existence and at the same time negotiate with cyber perpetrators. Result Group provided concrete support in negotiations with the perpetrators as well as in improving the working capacity of the improvised crisis team. The main aim here was to focus on relevant and important subject areas, to provide empirical knowledge as input for decisions, to use network partners to close gaps in the customer's skills and to structure the way the crisis team worked so that the customer could continue independently from a certain point onwards.
Crisis team exercises with a global plant manufacturer
A customer with over 60 national branches worldwide commissioned Result Group to train the crisis team. This came against the backdrop of ongoing threats of violence and attacks at one of its foreign branches.
In collaboration with a specialist in crisis communication, basic training began. A practical exercise followed the next day. This should improve decision-making and the responsiveness of various departments. Role players were used to create a more realistic scenario. In addition, the ability to alert members of the crisis team was tested, which is crucial for the meeting of the team.
