To support this, Result Group has developed procedures that allow employees, customers or third parties to submit complaints about possible violations of company policy, illegal behavior or other wrongdoing. Reports can be submitted by anyone at any time.

All reports will be treated confidentially and Result Group will endeavor to protect the identities of those involved.

Reports can be created using this form, which can be emailed or printed and mailed/scanned.

Once a report is received, Result Group commits to:

  • confirm receipt of the complaint in writing within 5 working days.
  • Immediate and impartial investigation of all allegations, taking into account customer and business confidentiality and data protection legislation.
  • Maintain secure records of the reports and the results of any subsequent investigations or disciplinary actions. Information relating to a report may be made available upon request from a relevant or competent authority.
  • cooperate with official investigations at all times.
  • take appropriate action following an investigation. Ensure that any person who makes a report in good faith is protected, to the extent possible, from subsequent repercussions or reprisals.
  • to keep those submitting reports informed of the progress of an investigation and planned remedial actions.
  • to exercise due care and ensure compliance with applicable national and international legislation, where applicable.
