Felix Weis served for several years as a police officer in the higher ranks of the Hessian State Police and the Federal Police, gaining experience in various roles. After working as a business analyst at a leading strategy consulting firm, he joined the Result Group as a consultant in 2024. As a certified Security Engineering Expert (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), he prepares evaluations and assessments of comprehensive security concepts, as well as risk analyses and background research. He furthered his academic qualifications in 2026 by successfully completing a part-time MBA program in Strategy, Global Risk & Security Management at the Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences.
