Your area of responsibility
As a Senior Security Consultant, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of holistic security concepts that encompass physical, organizational, and personnel security aspects. In this advisory role, you will support national and international clients in identifying, assessing, and minimizing security-related risks.
Your core tasks and responsibilities
Security strategy & planning
- Evaluation and development of holistic security strategies and concepts
- Conducting risk analyses and identifying and assessing security gaps
- Advising clients on physical security, crisis/emergency management and organizational protective measures
Security analyses & audits
- Conducting vulnerability analyses as well as site and risk audits
- Preparation of safety assessments with concrete recommendations for action
- Documentation and presentation of results for customers and stakeholders
Incident Response & Crisis Management
- Management/coordination of incident response to security-related incidents
- Development of crisis response, evacuation and emergency plans
- Conducting trainings and lessons-learned workshops
Training & Awareness
- Development and implementation of training courses, workshops and awareness measures
- Preparation of training materials for security and project preparation (e.g. for foreign assignments and business trips)
Collaboration & Communication
- Interdisciplinary coordination and cooperation with customers, partners, authorities and other relevant institutions
- Presentation and communication of security concepts and measures at management level
your profile
Education & Qualification
- Completed studies in the field of security management, risk management, protection and security technology or comparable qualification (e.g. from security authorities).
Professional skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the specified field, ideally in a consulting capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of security architectures and technologies (e.g. video surveillance, access control, alarm systems).
- Experience with security analyses, emergency and crisis management processes.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and in creating professional reports and presentations.
