Once a report is received, Result Group commits to:<\/p>

  • confirm receipt of the complaint in writing within 5 working days.<\/li>
  • Immediate and impartial investigation of all allegations, taking into account customer and business confidentiality and data protection legislation.<\/li>
  • Maintain secure records of the reports and the results of any subsequent investigations or disciplinary actions. Information relating to a report may be made available upon request from a relevant or competent authority.<\/li>
  • cooperate with official investigations at all times.<\/li>
  • take appropriate action following an investigation. Ensure that any person who makes a report in good faith is protected, to the extent possible, from subsequent repercussions or reprisals.<\/li>
  • to keep those submitting reports informed of the progress of an investigation and planned remedial actions.<\/li>
